Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Guru Matematika pada Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence untuk Penyusunan Desain Pembelajaran

Artificial Intelligence (AI) memiliki peranan dalam pembelajaran untuk menyusun rancangan pembelajaran yang cepat, praktis dan menarik. Namun, tidak semua pendidik mampu menggunakan dan mengatur layout dari rancangan pembelajaran yang dibuat oleh AI. Permasalahan mitra yaitu guru SMK yang disampaikan melalui FGD diantaranya 1) perlunya kerja sama dengan perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMK, 2) AI belum digunakan secara bijak oleh siswa, dan 3) guru kesulitan dalam merancang desain pembelajaran yang menarik dan memanfaatkan teknologi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi di sekolah, fokus program pengabdian yaitu pemanfaatan AI untuk mendesain pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan sekaligus sebagai solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan guru untuk merancang desain pembelajaran dan mendampingi guru menggunakan AI. Tahapan pelaksanaan diantaranya FGD bersama pihak sekolah terkait penjadwalan dan target capaian setiap program, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pengabdian melibatkan 17 guru dari berbagai mata pelajaran. Hasil pengabdian yaitu guru mampu memanfaatkan AI dalam penyusunan desain pembelajaran yang meliputi modul ajar, LKPD, kuis dan rubrik penilaian. Aplikasi AI yang digunakan diantaranya ChatGPT, MagicSchoolAI, dan Gemini. Guru menyampaikan bahwa penggunaan AI membuat pekerjaan guru dalam hal administratif menjadi mudah dan cepat. Selain itu, siswa terlihat lebih tertarik menggunakan media pembelajaran yang dibuat menggunakan AI.
