Pembekalan Teknik Kewirausahaan melalui Brainstorming pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 8 Limboto Barat

Desa Yosonegoro di Kecamatan Limboto Barat memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan di kalangan siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 8 Limboto Barat. Sekolah dengan total 196 siswa ini, menghadapi tantangan dalam memberikan pembekalan kewirausahaan sejak dini untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja dimasa depan. Pembekalan ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan teknik brainstorming kewirausahaan oleh dosen dari Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Metode brainstorming dipilih untuk membantu siswa menggali ide-ide usaha secara efektif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 70 siswa yang dipilih untuk memahami dan terampil dalam menggunakan brainstorming untuk mengembangkan ide usaha. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat memahami konsep kewirausahaan dan mampu menghasilkan ide-ide usaha yang inovatif. Pembekalan ini diharapkan dapat mengubah pola pikir siswa dari ketergantungan pada pekerjaan formal menjadi pencipta lapangan kerja mandiri. Keberlanjutan program ini akan didukung oleh kegiatan pengabdian berikutnya untuk memperluas pengetahuan kewirausahaan di kalangan siswa. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan minat dan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa, dan diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan di sekolah-sekolah lain untuk mencapai hasil yang serupa.
