The rapid advancement of digital technology has encouraged schools to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the learning process to enhance instructional effectiveness. The successful implementation of this technology is influenced by principals' technology leadership, teachers' self-efficacy, and the utilization of AI-based learning media. This study aims to analyze the influence of principals' technology leadership, teachers' self-efficacy, and AI-based learning media on learning effectiveness at Adicita Mulia School, Pontianak. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to all teachers and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that principals' technology leadership, teachers' self-efficacy, and the use of AI-based learning media each have a positive and significant effect on learning effectiveness. Furthermore, these three variables collectively contribute to improving learning effectiveness. The study highlights that effective technology leadership, supported by high levels of teacher self-efficacy and the optimal use of AI-based learning media, can foster a more innovative, adaptive, and student-centered learning environment. Therefore, strengthening these three aspects is a key strategy for supporting digital transformation in education and improving the overall quality of teaching and learning.
