Peran Generative Artificial Intelligence dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Proses Pembelajaran di Tingkat Tinggi

Perkembangan Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) telah membawa perubahan dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi penyelesaian tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan Gen AI terhadap efisiensi pembelajaran pada siswa SMA hingga mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 83 responden. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi frekuensi penggunaan, durasi penggunaan, dan efisiensi pembelajaran yang diukur berdasarkan waktu penyelesaian tugas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penggunaan Gen AI tergolong tinggi, dengan rata-rata frekuensi sebesar 3,51 dan durasi 3,53, sementara efisiensi memiliki rata-rata tertinggi sebesar 3,94. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa model signifikan secara simultan (p-value < 0,05) dengan koefisien determinasi , yang berarti 61,18% variasi efisiensi pembelajaran dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel dalam model. Secara parsial, frekuensi penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi ( ; p-value < 0,05), sedangkan durasi penggunaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan ( ; p-value > 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa intensitas penggunaan lebih berperan dibandingkan lamanya durasi penggunaan. Secara keseluruhan, Gen AI terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi pembelajaran, namun efektivitasnya tetap bergantung pada kualitas interaksi pengguna dengan teknologi tersebut.
