Pelatihan Media Digital Berbasis Platform Canva Bagi Guru-Guru di SMA Negeri 3 Kejuruan Muda

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to increase the competency in using Canva at SMA Negeri 3 Vocational Youth. This program was designed to overcome the challenges teachers at these schools face, who often experience obstacles in integrating digital technology into the learning process. Most teachers in these schools have not been optimal in designing learning media based on the Canva Platform, resulting in a lack of innovation in delivering material in class. The training method includes various stages, starting from licensing, preparation, and implementation, which will take place from 8 to 10 August 2024, to the monitoring and evaluation stage. In this training, 40 teachers took part in sessions covering the basics of using Canva, graphic design techniques for learning, and strategies for integrating technology into the curriculum. The pre-test and post-test were evaluated to assess the increase in participants' understanding. Evaluation results show an increase in participants' understanding of 38%, which shows that this training effectively improves teachers' digital skills. This increase has an impact on improving individual teachers' abilities and can potentially improve the quality of learning in schools as a whole. Continuing this training can encourage the development of teacher professionalism in facing future technological challenges and create an educational culture that is more open to digital innovation.

Polewali Mandar is an area that has diverse natural resource potential derived from agriculture and plantations. One of the abundant natural resources is the largest producer of coconuts in West Sulawesi. This potential is an important part of generating income for the community in the region. One of the commodities with the highest plantation production is coconut, both copra and hybrid coconut. There are 17,498 tons of coconut plantation products in the Polewali Mandar area, making it the highest plantation commodity compared to other districts in West Sulawesi Province. Some of the problems faced are as follows: the first problem is that copra farmers only understand and use simple financial recording. The second problem is the low understanding of using digital-based financial applications. The solutions offered in the community service activities are: 1) The service providers will provide socialization to the Lapeo Village Copra Product Business Actors group about the opportunities to increase income through understanding digital-based finance, and 2) The service providers will offer solutions to conduct training on the use of digital-based financial applications (financial technology). The proposed activity plan includes: 1) Preparation stage, 2) Socialization regarding Understanding Digital-Based Financial Literacy in Lapeo Village, 3) Training on the use of Digital-Based Financial Applications (Financial Technology) with an approach to training and strengthening for collaboration between MSME actors and local government to develop and increase the income of business actors, 4) Evaluation. The target output to be achieved is publication in a National Scientific Journal.

Peningkatan Daya Saing UMKM di Kota Pontianak melalui Pelatihan Sertifikasi Halal Self-Declare

Training on Submitting Halal Certification Through the Self-Declare Mechanism for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pontianak City aims to increase the understanding and ability of MSME actors in the halal certification process, especially with the self-declare method. This training was given to participants totaling 30 representatives of MSMEs in Pontianak City. This training was carried out in several stages, including the delivery of material on halal certification regulations, procedures for filling out the required documents, selecting raw materials that comply with halal standards, and assistance in the certification registration process. The results of the training showed that the majority of participants, namely MSME players in Pontianak City, experienced a significant increase in understanding of the requirements and procedures for applying for halal certification. In addition, participants were also given simulations of filling out forms and practical assistance that helped speed up the process of applying for certification. The post-training evaluation showed an increase in the participants' ability to compile the required administrative documents, as well as in ensuring that the entire production process meets halal standards. As a result, some participants successfully applied for halal certification through the self-declare mechanism more confidently and effectively. This training is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs and open up opportunities for expansion of the halal product market at the national and international levels.

Globalization changes have changed human civilization both in terms of behavioral patterns and the economy. People are able to become smart people as supporters of the family economy. Kertapati Village is an area in Palembang City, this village is famous for its expertise in utilizing natural products in the form of fish to be managed to become consumption products that can be sold in the form of pempek and crackers, besides that the community also has craft skills in processing cloth into raw materials for making their typical clothes, namely jumputan. The abundance of raw materials owned and the skills possessed are actually still unable to provide support for the family economy. So the purpose of this community service activity is focused on providing an overview to the community that it is important to manage change and utilize smart people in supporting the family economy. The method used in this activity is the Research on Participation (PAR) method by involving the participation of the Kertapati village community. The results of this activity show that the community is able to follow, observe, understand, discuss and plan in creating opportunities and developing the abilities and efforts they have in supporting the family economy.

Peningkatan Hasil Pertanian Tanaman Hortikultura melalui Pelatihan Smart Farming di Tomohon

The Maulit Farmers Group, located in Tomohon City, North Sulawesi, has the potential for horticultural farming due to its geographical location on the slopes of Mount Lokon. The challenges faced include limited funds and technology knowledge and skills in applying smart farming technology which impact production results. The purpose of this training activity is to implement a smart farming system to optimize horticultural crop yields, increase the income of Maulit Farmers Group members, and empower the surrounding community. The training methods include program socialization, training on smart farming systems, business strategy and digital marketing, and horticultural crop cultivation, followed by program mentoring and evaluation. After the training activities, there was an increase in knowledge and skills: from a pre-test result where 80% did not understand the technology, to a post-test result showing 90% who understood and could independently operate smart farming technology. Based on these results, the training activity achieved the targeted outcomes is independence in implementing smart farming technology to enhance agricultural production and initiate sustainability for farmer groups located in the surrounding areas.

The border region between Indonesia and Malaysia has unique characteristics and great development potential. Border communities face special challenges related to limited access to resources and development opportunities. Based on the Key Performance Indicator (IKU) of PTN number 6 which shows a focus on cooperation and collaboration between study programs and partners at the international level. FIBAA accreditation requires universities to be able to improve their international reputation and the attractiveness of their educational programs. International cooperation can be an important factor in obtaining accreditation from FIBAA. This cooperation can provide additional value and provide certain benefits, especially if it involves leading institutions. Therefore, the PKM Team conducted benchmarking to the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universiti Malayasia Sarawak. The results of the discussions that had been carried out obtained the result that FEB Unimas agreed to the international cooperation between the Department of Economics and Development Studies, FEB Untan and FEB Unimas. This agreement opens up opportunities to improve the quality of education, research, and development in both institutions. The potential for international cooperation between FEB Unimas and FEB Untan is very positive, especially in improving the quality of education for Human Resources in border areas through scholarship and student exchange programs, skills and competency development, and increased research and innovation.

Edukasi Pembuatan Asap Cair Dari Limbah Pertanian di Pokmas Dewi Sri Kabupaten Malang

Liquid smoke, containing phenolic and acetic acid compounds with antimicrobial and antifungal properties, has potential as a biopesticide for pest and plant disease control. However, farmers have limited awareness and confidence in its effectiveness. To address this, technical training on liquid smoke application was conducted as part of the 2024 Community Service Program, aligned with the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The program, implemented for Pokmas Dewi Sri in Jatiguwi Village, Sumberpucung District, Malang Regency, consisted of three stages: (1) initial discussions to identify issues, (2) education on converting agricultural waste into liquid smoke, and (3) evaluation. Training included an introduction to liquid smoke, its benefits, and hands-on production using pyrolysis of rice husks and straw at 350°C for two hours. Results showed that liquid smoke from these materials is effective as a biopesticide. Participants significantly improved their knowledge and skills in liquid smoke production and application. All ten Pokmas Dewi Sri members expressed high enthusiasm and provided positive feedback. This program enhances farmers’ capacity to utilize agricultural waste while reinforcing liquid smoke’s potential as an eco-friendly solution for sustainable pest control.

Nutrition is balanced with the adequacy of nutrients and energy is an important key for the health of the mother and fetus during pregnancy. malnutrition and energy during pregnancy can have a bad impact on the health of pregnant women, as well as fetal safety. This community service activity aims is to provide understanding of pregnant women about the importance of balanced nutrition during pregnancy and the dangers of lack of chronic energy for health of the mother and fetus. Ohoi Ohoitel is one of Ohoi in the city of Tual which has many pregnant women with lack of protein energy (23.5% of the total pregnant women in Ohoi). The Community Service Team through Collaboration with Ohoitahit Health Center, Ohoi Ohoitel Health Cadre and Ohoi Ohoitel's head provided health education to pregnant women. The focus of health education emphasizes the selection of local food ingredients produced by the local community to be processed and served to meet the nutritional needs of pregnant women and families. Health education takes place well, and there are 90% increased understanding of pregnant women. The follow -up of the community service activities will be carried out by Cadres and Ohoitahit Health Center.

Stress management plays an importantt role int dealing with the level of productivity of learning activities. Poor stress management can contribute to a lack of preparedness in facing global health crisis situations, decreased academic achievement, critical thinking skills and learning motivation. Stress arises due to an individual's inability to deal with burdens or pressure, especially those imposed by students within the scope of education. Aromatherapyk is used as an alternative to relax the body, emotions and stress. Through product creation and implementation of health education programs, training in making aromatherapy reed diffusers focuses on community empowerment by involving students and teaching staff. This service is carriedd out with the aimm of helping manage students' academic growth through psychoeducational activities about stress management, preventing and reducing stress symptoms and remaining productive in daily life, and students are able to produce aromatherapy oils originating from various essential oil variants so that it is hoped that this can help improve relaxation, preventing stress, and increasing income for students. The methode used iss a direct approach, lecture and practicer. The rresults of the sservice activitiess showed an increase in understandingg by comparing the participants' pretest and posttest. This activity ran smoothly and there was high enthusiasm from the participants. Thiss can be seenn ffromm the number of participantss who wanted to try making reed diffuser aromatherapy preparations.

Inovasi Pengolahan Limbah Cair dari Pusat Perbelanjaan Kota Malang dengan Metode Aerasi

One of the problems posed by shopping centers is liquid waste. This community service activity aims to find alternative solutions for liquid waste treatment in shopping centers. Based on the shopping centers problem, the community service team of State Polytechnic of Malang tried to offer a solution to the problem through the treatment of liquid waste from one of the shopping centers in Malang using aerobic waste treatment with a modified aeration method with Bioball adhesive media. Based on the results of wastewater treatment by aeration, it was obtained that the domestic wastewater of shopping centers treated by the aeration method has a COD content of 3,570 mg/L, BOD5 content of 1,136 mg/L, TSS content of 233 mg/L, and pH of 6.15. The results meet the quality standards of domestic wastewater for pH but have not met the quality standards of COD, BOD5, and TSS. COD parameters can decrease effectively when compared with the results of biofilter waste treatment. The operator of the liquid waste management of the shopping center is also quite satisfied with the result. It is necessary to develop further innovations to reduce TSS, BOD5, and COD levels in domestic wastewater in shopping centers, such as combining absorption methods and aeration methods in order to obtain results that can meet domestic wastewater quality standards.

An initial survey showed that some chemistry teachers at the MGMP of Mojokerto Regency and City had never attended argumentation skills training. Argumentation skills are important to practice as an effort to improve critical thinking skills, improve understanding and problem solving. This activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of chemistry teachers in Mojokerto in developing argumentation-based evaluation questions. This activity was carried out in two sessions through six stages of activities starting from preparation, training, monitoring, implementation, evaluation, and appreciation stages. The results showed that the development of teachers' understanding related to argumentation skills was analyzed using the N-Gain score and the majority were in the moderate group. The results of the question development also showed an increase in the level of argumentation skills. The response questionnaire showed that all teachers supported this PKM activity and the activity had been 100% implemented. This activity is expected to be one of the triggers for teachers to make their students more critical, creative and able to solve problems well through argumentation skills training.

The community service was conducted in Jorong Koto Tuo, Nagari Panyalaian, X Koto Subdistrict. This village is located in a mountainous area, where the majority of the population relies on farming as their livelihood. One of the main issues faced by farmers is the attack of pests and diseases on chili plants (Capsicum annuum), which often reduce productivity. The excessive use of chemical pesticides has led to negative impacts on health and the environment. Therefore, an environmentally friendly alternative is needed, one of which is utilizing butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea L) as a natural pesticide. The community service method includes socialization and training on the preparation and application of natural pesticide made from butterfly pea flower extract. The stages of the activity include preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the community service show that the application of natural pesticide from butterfly pea flowers is effective in reducing pest and disease attacks on chili plants during the two-week observation period, as indicated by the healthy condition of the plants without signs of damage. This service also successfully enhanced the community's understanding of alternative natural pesticides that are safe and environmentally friendly, while also providing the potential to increase chili productivity in Nagari Panyalaian.

Adolescents represent the largest demographic group in Indonesia and are in a transitional developmental phase that makes them vulnerable to various health issues, including reproductive health and anemia. The lack of knowledge among adolescents about reproductive health and the high prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls have become serious concerns. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the prevalence of anemia among adolescents aged 15-24 years reaches 32%, with a higher proportion among girls. To address this issue, a community service program was conducted in Negeri Saleman to enhance students' knowledge of reproductive health and anemia prevention at SMP Negeri 32 Central Maluku. This activity took place on August 12, 2024, involving 77 participants. The intervention included education on the importance of reproductive health, anemia prevention, and ways to address health issues among adolescents. This initiative proved effective in increasing adolescents' knowledge and understanding, as well as improving reproductive health indicators and preventing anemia among adolescent girls. The program had a positive impact by raising awareness and providing valuable knowledge that benefits adolescent health in the future.

Generative AI for Students: Inovasi Pembelajaran Digital untuk Peningkatan Pemahaman dan Manfaatnya bagi Mahasiswa

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology demands increased AI literacy among students. Generative AI, as a growing branch of AI, offers great potential to transform the learning process. Unfortunately, the level of AI literacy in Indonesia is still low. The study "The ASEAN Digital Generation Report 2023" by Kearney shows that Indonesia ranks 4th out of 6 Southeast Asian countries in readiness to face the AI era. In response, a team of lecturers from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) developed a digital learning program called "Generative AI for Students." This program aims to improve students' understanding of the concepts, applications, and tools of Generative AI, especially in the academic context. This program's development uses the ADDIE method, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The "Generative AI for Students" program is implemented through the SPADA platform, utilizing features such as the Learning Management System (LMS), discussion forums, and quizzes. The evaluation results show that this program has succeeded in increasing students' understanding of Generative AI. This is indicated by an increase in post-test scores and a high level of participant satisfaction. The "Generative AI for Students" program positively increases AI literacy and equips students with skills relevant to technological developments.

The psychological and emotional state of children's mental health include mental stability, stress tolerance, and the capacity to manage everyday challenges. In essence, parents want what's best for their child, which includes not making parenting blunders. This activity seeks to educate youngsters about the hereditary components of mental health treatment and parental techniques that lower stress levels in kids. The implementation strategy consists of in-person seminars and assessments of parents' understanding using pretests and posttests. The waiting room at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang's Children's Polyclinic served as the venue for this counselling session. The average knowledge of parents/caregivers among participants increased, according to the findings of the pre-post counselling test, both on parenting techniques that lower children's stress levels and genetic aspects of mental health therapy. Mental diseases can occur as a result of genetic variables like polymorphism and epigenetics. Apart from genetic considerations, extrinsic variables like parenting and family dynamics can also have an impact on children's mental health. The conclusion of the course on the genetics of mental health treatment and stress-reduction parenting is highly helpful for parents/caregivers.

Empowering Rural Farmers through Digital Entrepreneurship and Marketing Training in Pancakarya, Karawang, Indonesia

This community service program was implemented in Pancakarya Village, Tempuran District, Karawang Regency, with the aim of enhancing farmers' capacity in entrepreneurship and digital marketing. The primary challenges faced by the village community include limited understanding of business management, dependence on middlemen, and a lack of digital technology utilization in agricultural product marketing. To address these issues, the program provided training on fundamental entrepreneurial principles, financial recording, digital marketing strategies, and the use of e-commerce platforms and social media using lecture and discussion method. The results indicate an improvement in the community's understanding of business management and digital marketing strategies. Some participants have begun implementing digital marketing techniques, although challenges such as limited digital literacy and restricted internet access remain obstacles. Initial evaluations show that the program has contributed to raising awareness of the importance of diversifying marketing strategies to expand market reach and increase product value. Continued program support through intensive mentoring and collaboration with external stakeholders is necessary to ensure long-term impact and sustainability. With a comprehensive approach, this program is expected to foster economic independence in the village community through the effective utilization of digital technology.

Continuously developing science and technology requires teachers to innovate and increase creativity to develop learning media for students. The problem faced by teachers is that there are still teachers who have not been able to develop digital learning media, including teachers at SD Negeri Mranggen 2. The results of interviews with school principals and teachers there show that in carrying out learning not all teachers are willing and able to develop and use learning media. in the classroom. Usually only use books and worksheets. This has an impact on student learning outcomes which are not optimal. Not all of the teachers there are proficient in using applications like Canva. Based on these findings, it is necessary to carry out training to develop interactive learning media by utilizing several applications, for example Canva, Wordwall, In Video, and Capcut. Training consists of a preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The method used at the implementation stage is delivery of material through lectures, demonstrations of the manufacturing process, and independent practice. The results obtained from PKM activities are increasing understanding of the concept of learning media, especially interactive multimedia and being able to produce media products using the Canva application.

The e-commerce industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, supported by a large population, a growing middle class, and increasing internet penetration. In a busy urban society, these services are becoming an essential need. Digital platforms can provide solutions with easy access, transparency, and efficiency for consumers. SwipeWash offers an e-commerce platform for laundry, bag spa, and shoe spa services equipped with superior features. The EFE (External Factor Evaluation) Matrix analysis produced a score of 3.15. This score indicates that SwipeWash has responded well to external factors. Some of the main opportunities identified include the growth in the adoption of mobile technology and e-commerce with a weight of 0.80, an increase in digital payment users with a weight of 0.60, and automation of the laundry process to increase efficiency with a weight of 0.45. Other factors that support SwipeWash's competitiveness are close relationships with laundry partners and a structured marketing strategy. To build a sustainable competitive advantage, SwipeWash applies VRIO analysis which helps companies identify internal aspects that have high strategic value.

This community service is motivated by the importance of increasing nationalism among students through understanding local culture, especially batik as an Indonesian cultural heritage. The purpose of this activity is to increase students' awareness and appreciation of the values of nationalism through batik cultural literacy at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). The partners in this activity are S1 PGSD students of the Faculty of Education, Bani Saleh University. The methods used in this community service are socialization, training, and direct practice related to the history, philosophy, and techniques of making batik. The activities are carried out in several stages, namely providing a pre-test, delivering material about the history and philosophical meaning of batik, demonstrating batik making, and student reflection on the importance of batik in building national identity. The last stage is providing a post-test to measure the participants' abilities after socialization. The results of the community service show an increase in students' understanding of the cultural values of batik, which is indicated by an increase in test scores. The average score during the pre-test was 5.78 points and increased to 8.39 points during the post-test. Thus, batik cultural literacy can be an effective strategy in instilling nationalism among students as the next generation of the nation.

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Wisata Berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Desa Batubulan

In the current technological era, the growth of the tourism industry in rural areas is increasingly linked to other industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, and healthy and natural lifestyles. The purpose of this research is to study the possibilities and difficulties in building tourism value in rural areas by using an integrated business approach while maintaining the local culture of the village community. This happened in Batubulan Village in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. To get information, people look at and analyse documents from various sources, such as books, papers, and articles on the internet. Members of the community service team of Sjakhyakirti University and Association of Connecting Lecturers-Collaboration of Lecturers Across Countries (CeL-KODELN) Indonesia engaged in Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to assess the potential of the village. The results of the service before the programme showed that participants scored 1.89 in their understanding and knowledge of how to develop a tourism village, while the analysis after the service activity showed that participants scored 11.22 in their knowledge of discussion and question and answer techniques. This shows that the strategies used in this initiative are very effective. This service activity discovered the tourism potential of Batubulan Village, including nature tourism, agro-tourism, historical heritage, culinary, and healthy and natural green tourism. The purpose of this activity is to increase the added value of the tourism village through local wisdom and increase the income of the village community.

Information technology is any form of technology applied to process and transmit information in electronic form. This knowledge will help identify processes and prioritize scales, as well as assist in the formation of operational functions to support the optimization of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) implementation. Medical records are documented evidence issued by doctors regarding the diagnosis, actions, and medical services provided to patients. The implementation of electronic medical records is necessary to improve the quality and accelerate healthcare services. There are several approaches used in the implementation of the program, including presentations, demonstrations, and discussions. The solution offered in the Community Service activities for Baety Rahma Clinic is the implementation of EMR Nusa Medis as an effort to digitize medical record data. The final conclusion of this community service activity is that it ran smoothly and received positive feedback from the clinic staff. The outcome of the activity is that participants learned how to operate the EME Nusa Medis Software Application, particularly on the main clinic pages such as Outpatient, Pharmacy, and Cashier, which enhances the efficiency of medical data management, clinic operations, and patient services. In addition, the pharmacy and BHP features help consolidate the stock of medicines and consumables, thereby supporting the smooth operation of medical services.

Penguatan Ketahanan Pangan dan Pencegahan Stunting melalui Bank Sayur di Desa Korowelangkulon Kendal

Korowelangkulon Village, Cepiring Sub-district, Kendal Regency, is one of the villages with stunting cases. Education about stunting, food security, and utilization of vacant land around the house are part of the efforts to deal with stunting within the family. The community service program carried out by the KKN-T 33 team of Alma Ata University Yogyakarta aims to improve food independence, family nutritional welfare, and farming skills. This activity uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach which consists of five stages: discovery (finding assets), dream (formulating dreams), design (designing strategies), define (determining actions), and destiny (program implementation). The main target of this program is the PKK cadres of Korowelangkulon Village. The results achieved include an increased understanding of PKK cadres about food security and stunting prevention through vegetable banks, the role of cadres as examples for the community, and increased skills in processing plastic waste as planting media. The vegetable bank program is expected to have a positive impact in increasing food self-sufficiency and preventing stunting in the family, while optimizing the local potential of the community.

The conservation of sea turtles in Desa Apar, Kota Pariaman, faces serious challenges due to the illegal trade of turtle eggs, bycatch in fishing activities, and disturbances from the tourism sector, leading to a decline in turtle populations. To raise public awareness of turtle conservation, an education program was implemented using Lego Bricks with a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach. This method allows participants to actively identify environmental issues, understand the life cycle of turtles, and design community-based conservation solutions. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding from 45% before the education to 75% after, with 70% committing not to consume turtle eggs anymore, while 60% expressed interest in participating in sustainable conservation activities such as beach patrols and habitat rehabilitation. This game-based approach also encouraged the formation of volunteer communities focused on turtle protection and the development of conservation-based ecotourism as a more sustainable economic alternative. Education that combines interactive and participatory methods has proven effective in raising environmental awareness and fostering a collective sense of responsibility. With continuous support from various stakeholders, this approach can serve as a conservation education model applicable to other coastal areas.

Used cooking oil waste is often disposed of incorrectly, contributing to water and soil pollution and health risks if not managed properly. Training on making soap from used cooking oil in coastal communities, emphasizing environmental sustainability and economic empowerment. Participants gain practical skills, which lead to business opportunities. This activity was carried out on October 23, 2024, targeting housewives from Fisherman's Village, Hamparan Perak, Medan Belawan. Understanding indicators are evaluated using the questionnaire instrument. This output follows the target, namely obtaining a product that is made simply, at low cost, and affordable. The results of monitoring the increase in public understanding from the pre-test questionnaire and post-test showed that the participants strongly agreed (SA1) 75%, while the post-test strongly agreed (SA2) 85%, agreed (A2) 15%, that the theme of the activity was by the participants' needs. This shows that the choice of activity theme is appropriate and in line with the needs of the Hamparan Perak fishing village community, namely to manage used cooking oil kitchen waste into soap products that are useful and economical, as well as protecting the surrounding environmental resources, namely water and land, the community also contributes to sustainable practices and environmental health.

The use of herbal plants in modern medicine is increasing, notably for their antioxidant properties that effectively reduce free radicals. The growing "back to nature" trend, coupled with the high cost of modern pharmaceuticals, has encouraged communities to seek safer alternative treatments. This community service program was designed to enhance the capabilities of residents in Petiro Village, East Pamona District, Poso Regency to independently produce herbal massage oil as a sustainable health solution. Methodologically, the program employed a combination of lectures, practical demonstrations, and interactive discussions. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests administered to 22 participants to measure knowledge acquisition. The implementation process followed a systematic approach: preparation of raw materials, processing them into dry simplicia, and formulating massage oil using essential oils combined with natural herbs including ginger, turmeric, red betel leaf, garlic, and onion. Results demonstrated a remarkable improvement in community understanding, rising from 25% to 100% following the training intervention. This improvement encompassed comprehensive knowledge of the benefits, production techniques, and understanding of herbal massage oil ingredients. The training successfully fostered practical skills that participants could immediately apply. The significant knowledge transfer achieved has important implications for developing local herbal massage oil production as a sustainable enterprise, potentially improving both community health outcomes and economic prosperity in rural communities. Additionally, this initiative contributes to preserving traditional herbal knowledge while adapting it to contemporary health needs, creating a viable model for other rural communities seeking health self-sufficiency.

The Video Editing Training at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang is a community service program aimed at enhancing students' skills in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro. This training was conducted in response to the rapid development of digital technology and the increasing demand for creative industry professionals in the Industry 5.0 era. The methods applied in this training included observation, interviews, teaching, demonstrations, technology-based learning, and evaluation. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding and technical skills in video editing, including selecting appropriate software and implementing digital marketing strategies through video content. Additionally, participants gained entrepreneurial insights relevant to current creative industry trends. This program is expected to equip SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang graduates with competitive skills in the workforce, particularly in multimedia and digital content production. Training evaluations show that the applied learning methods effectively enhance participants' competencies. In the future, similar programs should be expanded with broader coverage and collaboration with various stakeholders to support the advancement of the creative industry ecosystem.

High School students are individuals who are entering their late adolescence. This adolescence is the stage where individuals decide to continue their education or enter the workforce. High school students should be able to prepare for the future well, and make decisions about their future careers. However, not all students can prepare well for their future career choices. This training aims to increase awareness of SMA PGRI 4 students regarding the importance of having a picture of the future, increase knowledge regarding what to do to plan for the future, information that must be had in planning for the future, and increase student knowledge regarding the importance of involvement in learning and strategies that can be used to be able to undergo the learning process more effectively. The number of participants who attended this training was 34 students, consisting of students in grades XI and XII (23 males; 11 females). The implementation of the training consisted of delivering material from the resource person, followed by small group mentoring activities. The results of the training showed that there were changes in students' attitudes and knowledge after participating in the training activities to prepare for the future (increasing from 83% of students). In addition, there were significant results in the posttest and pretest of training participants (with a significant value of p <,001). After the implementation of the training activities, it is expected that teachers and students can synergize in preparing students' future with more detailed, directed, and clearly measurable preparations.

Family financial management is a crucial aspect in realizing economic welfare, especially for educators and education personnel who often have limited income. Therefore, this service activity aims to improve the financial literacy of educators and education personnel at RA Alkhairaat Duyu through effective and applicable family financial management training. The methods used in this activity include lectures, tutorials (mentoring), interactive discussions, and evaluation with pre-test and post-test to measure the level of understanding of participants before and after training. In the implementation of the activities, the materials presented included family budget planning, wise debt management, and the importance of saving and investing for the future. In addition, participants also gained skills in conducting simple financial records, which can help them allocate their income more effectively and efficiently. The results of this training showed an increase in participants' understanding, especially in terms of budget management, debt, and saving and investing. The program also produced a training module that can be used for future reference, an evaluation report, and easy-to-understand educational media. With this program, it is hoped that educators and education personnel can implement better financial management strategies, so that they can achieve more secure and sustainable family economic stability.

Kadugenep Tourism Village holds great potential as a culturally based tourist destination. However, language barriers remain a significant challenge for the local community in providing services to international visitors. This cross-language communication training aims to improve the villagers' foreign language skills, particularly in tourism contexts, to enhance service quality and the village's overall appeal. This study employs a qualitative method with a participatory training approach, incorporating observation, interviews, and skill evaluations before and after the training. Findings indicate a significant improvement in basic English communication skills and a deeper understanding of tourist cultures post-training. Additionally, villagers gained greater confidence in interacting with foreign visitors. The implications of this study suggest that cross-language communication training contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of Kadugenep Tourism Village and can serve as a model for other tourism villages. With continued support, such initiatives could foster sustainable tourism, empower local communities economically and socially, and strengthen intercultural exchange between hosts and visitors, making local destinations more accessible and attractive to a global audience.

The Community Forestry (HKm) policy gives the Sedyo Makmur Forest Farmer Group (KTH) the right to manage 115 hectares of state forest with the principles of sustainability and community welfare. The programme allows the KTH to plant various trees, such as mango, sengon, cashew and soursop as well as intercropping and logging after 15 years. The Community Forest Utilisation Business Permit (IUP HKm) was granted in 2007 until 2042, with an additional Timber Forest Product Utilisation Business Permit (IUP HHK HKm) in 2019-2024. However, after the expiry of the IUP HHK HKm, the KTH faced several obstacles, including weak managerial and administrative systems, difficulties in establishing cooperation with external parties, and the inability to reforest the 115 Ha of forest that had been cut down. To overcome these problems, two main activities were designed, namely (1) education and mentoring for KTH in organisational governance, administration, and strengthening cooperation networks with various parties, and (2) nursery training and provision of various types of seeds to support reforestation efforts. It is hoped that this programme can strengthen the capacity of KTH in sustainable forest management and improve the welfare of group members.

Indonesia possesses rich biodiversity with the potential to serve as a source of economic growth, one example being the sugar palm plant (Arenga pinnata) found in Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi, Sukabumi Regency. This community service activity aims to address challenges in the traditional palm sugar processing methods, which are time- and energy-consuming, as well as in marketing management, which remains underdeveloped. The activities were carried out through several stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring. During the implementation stage, modernized equipment for palm sugar processing was developed to simplify and improve the traditional methods. In addition, training in information technology-based marketing management was provided. As a result of the activity, farmers experienced improved skills and convenience in processing palm sugar using modern tools such as a palm sap mixer and a palm sugar sieving machine. The processed products became cleaner, and the processing time was reduced from 5 hours to 3–4 hours, thereby accelerating production and improving output quality. Furthermore, there was a significant increase in farmers' knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

The implementation of Community Service (PkM) activities as out-of-class learning for the community is carried out in certain fields. Aspects of political life that are directly related to society are the formation of legal regulations that regulate order in society. The formation of Indonesian national law is a process that has continued to develop since independence. This process not only involves legal-formal aspects, but is also influenced by political, social, cultural dynamics, and the challenges of globalization. The legacy of colonial law that is still used today is one of the obstacles in creating a legal system based on the noble values of the nation, Pancasila and customary law. The purpose of this paper is to examine the developing dynamics including the role of legislative, executive, and judicial institutions in formulating legal policies. The analysis is also directed at legal reform efforts carried out in various periods, including the New Order and the reform era, and how civil society pressure has influenced the direction of the formation of national law. The discussion in this paper shows that the success of the formation of national law is highly dependent on the synergy between political will, community participation, and the ability of legal institutions to adapt to changing times. Therefore, an inclusive, progressive, and social justice-based approach is needed so that national law is truly able to answer the needs of society and strengthen the rule of law in Indonesia.

Indonesia is a developing country with a significant nutritional problem. Improving nutrition during the first thousand days of life will support growth and development, from pregnancy to age 2. Complementary feeding (MP-ASI) can be prepared from nutrient-dense, relatively affordable and readily available ingredients. One example is using local oyster mushroom ingredients. The partner in this Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) program is Omah Jamur Hijrah, located in Sampang. This activity covers various important aspects, such as processing and packaging based on nutritional value. Each activity in this program aims to address the challenges faced by partners. The methods and steps to achieve this goal include: Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), workshops, technology implementation assistance, and supervision. The program's outcomes include: 1) increased partner knowledge; 2) practical skills; 3) product innovation, including the creation of an MP-ASI product, instant baby porridge based on oyster mushroom flour. The program's sustainability is expected to be enhanced to encourage the continued application of these skills.

The industrial revolution 4.0 has brought about major transformations in various aspects of life, including the world of education, especially through the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the teaching and learning process. However, most teachers in Indonesia still have limitations in understanding and are also still lacking in skills in utilizing this technology. This community service activity aims to improve the competence of teachers, especially teachers at the Motorcycle Engineering Vocational School (TSM) Expertise Program Teacher Conference (MGMP) in Pekalongan Regency in developing learning media based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). The implementation was carried out through a two-session workshop that combined theory and practice, and assistance in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Several applications such as ChatGPT, Copilot and also Meta AI and other platforms were used. Evaluation was carried out through observation, questionnaires and analysis of participants' work. The results of the activity showed an increase in teachers' understanding and skills in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a learning medium. This activity is expected to be the first step in building a technology-based innovation culture in the education environment.

Increasing the Productivity of Fried Shallot "Emak" Kediri MSMEs with Appropriate Technology and Business Management Assistance

The grand harvest of shallots is a time when almost all shallot farmers harvest simultaneously, resulting in an abundant supply of shallots and a plentiful supply of fried shallot ingredients at low prices. In contrast, during the lean season, shallot prices become expensive, leading to inflation (price fluctuations of shallots). This has a direct impact on the ‘Emak’ Fried Shallots MSMEs located in Kediri Regency. Another problem faced by partners is that the production process is carried out using small-capacity machines, and premium fried shallots are produced manually, so the production process requires a lot of labour, time and production costs. With the implementation of PKM and the application of Appropriate Technology (red onion/shallot slicing machine), it is hoped that the production process can be accelerated and the output of MSMEs increased. The tangible results have been delivered in the form of two Appropriate Technology machines to MSME partners, for the production of premium and Grade A/B/C fried shallots, with a production increase of 10 minutes per kg and a daily production of 40 kg. Based on data from the Fried Shallots MSMEs, the average profit increase over three months reached 118.04% (equivalent to 14.36 million rupiah). The highest profit increase was achieved in September 2024, reaching 125% (equivalent to 15.9 million rupiah). The lowest value in October 2024 reached 80.51% (equivalent to 12.26 million rupiah). This difference in value was mainly due to the fluctuating price of shallots as a raw material and market demand, which increased when prices fell and decreased when the price of fried shallots rose, thereby affecting the profits of MSMEs.
