This study aims to analyze the strategic contribution of Aisyiyah to national education through women's leadership and its role as an agent of social transformation. The study is motivated by the persistence of patriarchal cultural barriers, unequal access to education for women, and resistance to women's leadership in various social spheres. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with a grounded theory approach to identify, examine, and synthesize relevant literature on Aisyiyah, women's leadership, national education, and social transformation. The findings reveal that Aisyiyah has made a significant contribution to expanding educational access, enhancing women's capacities through leadership training, policy advocacy, and socio-economic empowerment programs. The leadership model practiced by Aisyiyah is grounded in moderate Islamic values, collectivism, and inclusivity, which have successfully encouraged greater female participation in education. Furthermore, its programs have contributed to changing public perceptions regarding women's roles as leaders and agents of social change. Nevertheless, challenges such as patriarchal culture and limited structural support continue to hinder deeper and more sustainable transformation. Therefore, stronger cross-sector collaboration, organizational capacity building, and more inclusive educational policies are needed to maximize Aisyiyah’s positive impact on equitable and sustainable national education development.
